When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits roll over because renewals add the new plan allocation to your existing balance.

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact our support team if you have a billing issue.

You can start on the free plan with 120 credits and no credit card. Paid billing starts only when you choose a subscription.

We accept major credit cards and SEPA direct debit for euro payments. Enterprise invoice and payment terms are agreed in the contract.

Credits are used for monitored AI answers and AI operations such as analysis and content generation. Usage depends on the selected engine and operation. You can track your current balance and usage history from the dashboard. Plan renewals add credits to the existing balance, so unused credits roll over.
